What you will do
- Support the Localization Management team in handling localization requests from various stakeholders.
- Create, assign, and close localization projects in memoQ, ensuring timely delivery.
- Build and maintain terminology databases for consistent translations.
- Perform formal QA on translated content, checking for formatting and punctuation errors.
- Manage and update style guides and project instructions per language.
- Test and refine AI-powered workflows to support localization project management.
Requirements
- Location: Berlin, hybrid work format
- Currently studying translation, linguistics, or related field.
- Ability to judge translation quality without speaking the language.
- Attention to detail for spelling and grammar mistakes.
- Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new systems.
- Interest in AI-powered tools for translation and localization.
