What you will do
- Manage Amazon Seller Central (3P) and Vendor Central (1P) accounts for multiple brands.
- Create and maintain product listings, variations, flat files, and catalog content.
- Handle Seller Support cases, listing issues, suspensions, appeals, and plans of action.
- Monitor account health and compliance with Amazon policies.
- Support Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Optimize listings, manage Brand Registry assets, prepare reports, and communicate performance updates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, catalog management, compliance, and account health.
- Experience handling Seller Support cases, listing issues, and account reinstatements.
- Written English at B2 level or higher required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts independently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Nice to have
- Experience with FBA and FBM operations.
- Knowledge of Amazon SEO, listing optimization, Amazon Ads, Brand Registry, and A+ Content.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, and pivot tables.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve workflows, reporting, or content creation.
