What you will do

• Perform third-party certification audits in conformance with global and local procedures.
• Analyze audit evidence to provide recommendations for certification registration.
• Collaborate with audit teams and assist in the training of other auditors.
• Participate in witness audits conducted by accreditation bodies.
• Maintain all audit-related credentials and adhere to internal quality standards.
• Travel up to 80% of the time to perform on-site assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or bio science required.
• 5+ years of work experience and qualified as a Lead Auditor to FSSC, BRC, and/or SQF.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in the food industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or food safety management systems.
• Must be based in the U.S. and willing to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
