Product Manager (AI Platform)

What you will do

• Own enterprise product end to end including pre-sales technical validation, POC support, customer syncs, launch readiness, and post-launch iteration
• Translate ambiguous enterprise requests into product decisions, design docs, tradeoffs, and timelines
• Engage closely with engineering to estimate complexity and maintain product architecture quality
• Collaborate daily with revenue, engineering, and solutions teams to prioritize roadmap based on customer pain points
• Build and refine the enterprise playbook for scaling customer base and quality processes
• Protect product from bespoke services work while supporting strategic customers

Requirements

• On-site presence in San Francisco, United States
• Senior-level enterprise product management experience with strong product judgment and technical depth
• Ability to engage in architecture discussions and understand code complexity
• Experience with developer tools, infrastructure, or AI platforms
• Strong communication skills including clear documentation and customer interaction
• Experience scaling enterprise products from founder-led to repeatable motion
