Director, Game Product Manager (Mobile Games)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Wilmslow office near Manchester, United Kingdom; locations also listed as London – Stratford and Manchester.

What you will do

• Own product KPIs and partner with studio leaders to define goals, strategies, and opportunities across games.
• Lead product strategy, prioritization, feature lifecycle management, and impact assessments.
• Oversee the studio machine learning financial forecasting pipeline and work with Finance to monitor performance.
• Partner with production, design, marketing, operations, and EA development partners to deliver business and product outcomes.
• Use user, competitive, and industry research to identify segments, optimization opportunities, and feature improvements.
• Mentor Product Managers and oversee the Product Management discipline.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, system design, live operations, and data science, including mobile game experience.
• Experience managing and mentoring people and driving performance metrics across teams.
• Previous experience working as a Data Scientist and applying data-based decision-making.
• Experience testing qualitative hypotheses with quantitative data and analyzing games, systems, features, and core game loops.
• Understanding of mobile sports games or character collector games.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in predictive and prescriptive analytics and data modeling.
• Experience in mobile app development or managing online live services.
• Previous Lead Product Manager experience at EA or in a similar role.
