What you will do

• Own and deliver feature-level outcomes over quarterly periods within established product initiatives.
• Develop solutions to customer problems using analytics, research, and competitive analysis.
• Define feature success criteria and participate in spikes, usability testing, MVPs, experiments, and A/B tests.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and communicate progress, blockers, and impacts to stakeholders and senior product managers.
• Facilitate ideation, requirements-gathering, design, and planning workshops for app improvement initiatives.
• Build technical understanding of the product area and apply feasibility insights during solution development.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of digital product management experience with demonstrable feature-level delivery and outcomes.
• Experience with mobile or web applications, preferably in consumer-facing products.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret metrics, analyze data, and recommend improvements.
• Experience facilitating workshops, design sprints, and cross-team planning sessions.
• Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking and understand customer needs through research and collaboration.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
