What you will do

• Identify and solve user pain points by leveraging hirify.global’s existing product suite.
• Lead key product investments to deliver high-value user experiences.
• Develop deep customer insights and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Define success metrics and motivate the product squad toward common goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support on go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Must live within commuting distance of the London office.
• Over two years of experience in product management with a track record of shipping software.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows into products.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present roadmaps and gain stakeholder buy-in.
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for building and testing prototypes.
• Deep interest in Global Football and a desire to learn the industry.
