Product Lead (Game Engine)

hirify.global is a Helsinki-based games company creating and operating games including Hay Day, Clash of Clans, Boom Beach, Clash Royale, and Brawl Stars.

What you will do

• Own Titan's product vision, strategy, product management framework, and product-level roadmap.
• Translate hirify.global's game development ambitions into a coherent multi-year direction for the engine platform.
• Productize Titan's capabilities through packaging, documentation, adoption paths, and clear scope definition.
• Define success metrics including adoption, developer satisfaction, and platform health.
• Understand the needs of game and partner teams and turn them into organization-wide priorities.
• Partner with team leads and technical owners to align priorities, communicate strategy, and drive trade-offs through influence.

Requirements

• Extensive product management experience owning strategy and roadmaps for complex, multi-team products or platforms.
• Experience building and shaping a product function rather than only contributing to one.
• Deep technical knowledge and sound judgment in technically complex environments.
• Ability to lead through influence without formal reporting authority.
• Fluency with current AI tools and capabilities, including their impact on development workflows.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a hands-on approach to creating structure and delivering outcomes.
