Director, Product Management - Endpoint Policy and Configuration Management

Location: Hybrid in Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; or Emeryville, CA

Annual base salary: $214,000–$328,000, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for endpoint policy and configuration management from ideation through launch.
• Drive Windows capabilities including application control, full-disk encryption, removable media control, host firewall management, and administrative template policies.
• Expand Linux configuration management, hardening, firewall, and compliance capabilities.
• Lead Group Policy backup import and security baseline tooling, including conflict detection and automatic policy mapping.
• Define enforcement states, compliance reporting, configuration drift remediation, KPIs, and audit capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and strategic customers on launches, enablement, adoption, and product direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a Master's in Computer Science or an MBA is preferred.
• 8+ years of professional experience in enterprise B2B software, including at least 5 years in product management for a SaaS or enterprise platform.
• Hands-on experience with Windows policy and configuration management, including Group Policy, ADMX templates, security baselines, encryption, or application control.
• Experience shipping enterprise policy, compliance, or configuration management products at scale.
• Deep familiarity with endpoint management, IT operations, compliance frameworks, CIS benchmarks, and vendor security baselines.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence without direct authority.

Nice to have

• In-depth Linux configuration management, hardening, host firewall, or compliance baseline experience.
• Experience with agentic AI, autonomous IT, or self-healing endpoint configuration.
