What you will do

• Own the security product vision, strategy, multi-year roadmap, investment priorities, and business case.
• Define and prioritize security initiatives while balancing customer risk, business value, engineering effort, and strategic impact.
• Partner with engineering and design to translate security requirements into specifications, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead backlog prioritization, scope and quality trade-offs, and coordination of concurrent initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies, positioning, enablement, documentation, and customer messaging.
• Advise product managers and represent the security roadmap to customers, prospects, analysts, and industry audiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or a comparable technology environment, including sustained ownership of security products or capabilities.
• Experience developing organizational-level security product strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and investment plans.
• Strong knowledge of database security, networking security implications, and identity and access management.
• Strong product judgment, prioritization, decision-making, program management, dependency management, and risk mitigation skills.
• Experience representing products externally and explaining complex technical security topics to executives and non-technical audiences.
• Experience mentoring or guiding product managers, with excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
• Experience with modern cloud, data, infrastructure, or enterprise security products.
