Product Manager - Endpoint Management

Location: Remote from the USA, limited to CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, ME, MA, MD, NJ, NC, NY, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, and WA. Chicago city limits are excluded. Must work Eastern Time zone hours with a mandatory start time of 8:00 AM ET.

Base salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year for roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey, Washington, and New York.

What you will do

• Define and evolve the vision for core endpoint management capabilities.
• Own key areas of the product roadmap, prioritize opportunities, and make product trade-offs.
• Drive product direction for automations, policies, agent behavior, configuration models, dashboards, and other foundational platform features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, support, and product stakeholders from concept through delivery.
• Engage customers, MSPs, and internal teams to translate real-world endpoint management needs into product improvements.
• Write product requirements, define workflows and edge cases, and iterate using feedback and usage data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT or technical roles, including helpdesk, MSP, internal IT, or infrastructure-focused work.
• 2+ years of Product Management experience in an RMM or endpoint management role.
• Background in Windows, macOS, or Linux administration, endpoint management, device configuration, automation, or scripting.
• Strong understanding of how IT teams manage endpoints, plus the ability to work closely with engineers and understand technical concepts.
• Must be located in an eligible US state and able to work Eastern Time hours starting at 8:00 AM ET.
