Software Engineer (Web3)

Location: Remote; Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico listed. All hirify.global roles are global and remote-based, with some working-hour overlap requested with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

hirify.global develops decentralized oracle infrastructure for blockchain, decentralized finance, tokenized assets, payments, and other institutional use cases.

What you will do

• Design and implement Data Feeds features, including trust-minimized off-chain computation and aggregation of external data across blockchain environments.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of data products that support large-scale decentralized finance applications.
• Build core products and smart contracts using Solidity, Move, and Rust.
• Design resilient distributed systems and architectural subsystems for the Chainlink node.
• Analyze attack vectors, failure modes, and disaster scenarios, reproduce them in test environments, and develop fixes.
• Collaborate with research, engineering, distributed systems, and security specialists.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of professional software engineering experience in a collaborative, product-driven environment.
• Experience with blockchain and Web3 technologies, including smart contracts that secured meaningful on-chain value.
• Experience building distributed and low-latency systems.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and systems design knowledge.
• Experience owning multi-month projects and communicating progress, dependencies, and risks with stakeholders and partners.
• B.S. or higher in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang or another strongly typed programming language.
• Experience working with a globally distributed team.
• Experience working in or with market data.
