$158,000–$260,000 per year plus tokens and benefits

What you will do

• Ship well-tested production code used by millions on systems that move real value
• Own problems end to end from requirements and design through release and operations
• Work with a small, senior team that ships fast and reviews each other's work seriously
• Work in person with your team at the New York headquarters

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the New York office
• Evidence of excellence in your lane, such as scaled systems, shipped products, secured contracts, or infrastructure
• Strong fundamentals and problem-solving skills regardless of specific tools used
• Genuine excitement about crypto and DeFi; prior crypto experience is a plus but not required

Nice to have

• Experience building on or around crypto including protocols, contracts, tooling, or integrations
• Deep expertise with chosen technologies rather than a specific stack
• Open-source contributions, technical writing, or side projects demonstrating thinking
