What you will do

• Partner with technical SMEs to identify role-based competencies and performance expectations.
• Design and develop technical learning solutions including self-paced courses, videos, and hands-on labs.
• Own and maintain the technical enablement curriculum portfolio to align with product releases.
• Create modular learning assets to improve scalability and maintainability across audiences.
• Utilize AI-assisted content development tools to increase efficiency and quality.
• Validate knowledge-based and performance-based assessments to measure job readiness.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in technical training development for software or SaaS products.
• Must be based in the US and compliant with U.S. export controls.
• Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with authoring tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, or Camtasia.
• Ability to independently learn and deconstruct complex technical software workflows.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience facilitating virtual technical workshops or train-the-trainer sessions.
• Familiarity with analytics, automation, AI, or cloud platforms.
• Experience developing professional certification programs.
