Content Developer (Fintech)

Location: San Ramon, CA office with a hybrid work model; onsite at least three days per week. Domestic travel of up to 10% may be required.

Salary: $76,000–$97,000 annual cash compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain videos, guides, slide decks, eLearning courses, and microlearning content for customers, partners, and employees.
• Turn instructional design briefs and subject matter expertise into polished, accessible, on-brand learning experiences.
• Maintain training content in learning management systems and content repositories.
• Analyze learner feedback and training metrics to improve clarity, engagement, and learning outcomes.
• Manage multiple content development projects, timelines, stakeholder feedback, and deliverables.
• Use AI-powered tools and modern content platforms to improve content quality, efficiency, and scale.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in education, training, instructional design, learning experience design, training content development, or eLearning development.
• Understanding of learning objectives, content sequencing, practice activities, and assessments.
• Strong writing, editing, and information design skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive learning design principles.
• Experience with content and learning technologies such as Camtasia, Scribe, Pendo, Navattic, and learning management systems; 360Learning is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, investment management, or B2B enterprise SaaS customer and partner education.
• Portfolio or work samples featuring instructional videos, presentations, guides, instructor-led training, or eLearning.
• Experience measuring learning effectiveness through feedback, engagement metrics, and performance outcomes.
