What you will do

• Own the end-to-end curriculum roadmap, sequencing, quality standards, and content priorities for general-public AI fluency.
• Create and curate curricula, courses, videos, essays, exercises, and interactive lessons for adult learners.
• Build AI-assisted production pipelines that accelerate content development while maintaining quality.
• Translate education research frameworks into practical material for nurses, teachers, small business owners, policymakers, and community leaders.
• Co-create learning content with educators, public-sector organizations, and community groups, while prototyping AI-enabled personalized and adaptive formats.
• Define learning outcomes and measure comprehension, completion, and behavior change.

Requirements

• Deep experience designing content and curricula for adult learners at significant scale.
• Exceptional general-audience writing and the ability to explain technical concepts through accurate, intuitive mental models.
• Experience producing multimedia learning content end to end, including scripts, video, and interactive materials.
• Practical experience using Claude and other LLMs in content production, plus enough technical comfort to build lightweight tooling and automations.
• Experience developing and defending evidence-based pedagogy, adapting methods based on learning data, and building processes in fast-moving environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• Experience building an education program or content function from scratch.
• Background in public education, civic technology, policy communication, AI/ML education, learning science, cognitive science, or behavioral research.
• Experience co-creating content with external institutions and building AI-augmented content pipelines.
