Delivery Solutions Architect - Retail

Location: Denver, Colorado; West Coast, United States. Travel of up to 30% may be required.

Salary: $219,100–$301,300 USD per year, with potential performance bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Lead post-sale technical account strategy and execution for Databricks use cases in strategic retail accounts.
• Drive customer onboarding, enablement, production go-live, adoption, and healthy workload consumption.
• Coordinate Solutions Architects, Field Engineering, Professional Services, Support, User Education, and other specialized teams.
• Create execution plans covering production use cases, user growth, product adoption, cost control, optimization, and governance.
• Navigate Product and Engineering teams for product innovations, private previews, and upgrades.
• Report customer health, usage, risks, investment status, and use-case progression to technical leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical project or program delivery experience in Data and AI.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
• Understanding of distributed data systems, solution architecture, business value attribution, and complex delivery programs.
• Experience managing accounts, stakeholders, resources, strategic roadmaps, discovery workshops, and executive escalations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
