Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York City and/or San Francisco; substantial in-person office time, often 3–5 days per week depending on deployment phase and client work. Travel is typically 10–20% and may be higher based on client needs.

Salary: $140K–$240K base compensation, with the range reflecting multiple levels.

hirify.global is building an AI-native operating system for regulated finance, starting with mortgage servicing, and operates its own mortgage servicing business managing more than $110 billion in loans.

What you will do

• Own live enterprise deployments of hirify.globalOS from operational discovery through configuration, rollout, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
• Map client operations, identify gaps, sequence implementation roadmaps, and secure decisions from senior client leaders.
• Investigate operational data across hirify.global, servicers, and capital partners using data warehouses and technical tools.
• Translate between engineering, product, servicing operations, compliance, capital partners, executives, and client stakeholders.
• Observe and rebuild complex foreclosure, escrow, loss mitigation, and cash operations workflows.
• Drive decisions and shipped workflow changes rather than stopping at recommendations.

Requirements

• Track record of structured problem-solving under pressure in operating roles, consulting, banking, investing, Chief of Staff, product or business operations, founding, or high-stakes customer environments.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with the ability to decompose ambiguous problems.
• Practical comfort using SQL, Python, AI tools, or other technical tools to investigate and solve problems independently.
• Demonstrated AI fluency, including experience with coding agents, small tools, or AI-enabled workflow redesign.
• Clear communication with executives, operators, engineers, and clients, plus the judgment to make decisions with incomplete information.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, healthcare, government, infrastructure, or another regulated and operationally intense industry.
• Exposure to enterprise software implementation, workflow design, migration projects, or large-scale operating teams.
• Mortgage servicing knowledge.
