What you will do

• Manage end-to-end operational P&L for the London site to improve cost-per-unit economics while exceeding quality SLAs.
• Drive workforce planning and capacity models in partnership with Finance to ensure SLA compliance during volume fluctuations.
• Define and execute a multi-year operational strategy for Data Services, anticipating automation adoption and workforce shifts.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Engineering and Product teams to influence tool roadmaps and validate feature releases.
• Architect a site-wide quality ecosystem with closed-loop mechanisms for rapid defect root cause identification and correction.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team of Operations and Team Managers, maintaining a strong succession pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Econometrics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Research.
• Proven experience as an operations manager leading large teams across multiple locations and languages.
• Direct experience with P&L responsibility and delivering strong financial results.
• Expertise in capacity planning, operations planning, and business analysis.
• Experience building and executing long-term strategic roadmaps from the ground up.
• Must be based in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or Theoretical Computer Science.
• Certification or experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools including SQL, Python, Tableau, and Advanced Excel.
• Experience in AI/ML data operations, speech/language data services, or annotation and labeling operations.
