Technical Success Manager - Autodesk Forma (DACH)

Location: Germany, EMEA; remote work with required visits to customer sites and offices

Salary: EUR 56,000–82,500 annual base salary for Germany-based roles; additional bonuses, commissions, stock grants, and benefits may apply.

What you will do

• Lead technical engagements with major AECO organisations across EMEA.
• Discover customer business and technical workflows, requirements, and use cases.
• Develop processes and workflows that support adoption of hirify.global Construction Cloud and hirify.global Forma.
• Deliver and document health checks, training sessions, dashboards, reports, custom workflows, and integrations.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to implement Customer Success Plan deliverables and document delivered value.
• Provide product feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and share best practices and success stories.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry or AEC technology industry.
• Experience leading or managing technology change-management projects, implementations, or programs.
• Confidence compiling platform data analytics and creating dashboards.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows, industry trends, and digital transformation practices.
• Ability to analyse customer use cases, explain product value, and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
• Comfort working with the capabilities and limitations of hirify.global Construction Cloud and demonstrating them to customers.
