Senior Systems Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors ECP)

What you will do

• Lead and participate in full-lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementations across US and Canadian markets.
• Configure, test, and deploy payroll solutions integrated with Employee Central, time-tracking, benefits, and taxation systems.
• Translate payroll rules and statutory requirements into functional designs for reports, integrations, data conversions, enhancements, and workflows.
• Plan and execute unit, integration, parallel payroll, UAT, and data validation testing.
• Lead payroll parallel runs, reconciliation, defect triage, root-cause analysis, cutover activities, and production readiness.
• Drive system improvements, workflow automation, training, and end-user enablement.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementations and configuration.
• Experience delivering multiple US and Canadian payroll cycles.
• Experience integrating ECP with workforce and time-management systems, benefits providers, and taxation engines.
• Experience with UAT, payroll parallel testing, reconciliation, P2P defect management, and production cutover.
• Experience working with third-party payroll managed service providers.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time-management skills; availability for occasional weekend or holiday support during critical go-live windows.
