Senior Business Systems Analyst (SAP)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Lead business analysis for cross-application initiatives involving Teamcenter, SAP, Dynamics 365, and ECat.
• Define end-to-end business processes, data flows, system handoffs, and ownership boundaries.
• Document integration requirements, dependencies, data interactions, and standards for BOM, customer, product, and transactional data.
• Govern Azure DevOps backlog structures and align epics, features, and user stories across application teams.
• Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Product Owners, analysts, architects, and developers.
• Support cross-system testing, validation, release readiness, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or enterprise application delivery.
• Experience working across integrated ERP, CRM, and PLM systems.
• Strong experience gathering and aligning requirements across multiple teams.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar delivery tools.
• Strong systems thinking, stakeholder alignment, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Teamcenter, SAP, or Dynamics 365.
• Experience with system integrations, data pipelines, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
