Agile Scrum Master

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; on-site

Salary: $105,000–$125,000 per year plus bonus and restricted stock units

What you will do

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for IT, Security, and Compliance teams.
• Own Jira boards, backlogs, epics, workflows, dashboards, and sprint tracking.
• Maintain Confluence documentation, including sprint notes, working agreements, and audit-ready process evidence.
• Align sprint delivery with program timelines, milestones, and portfolio reporting in partnership with the IT & Security Programs Office.
• Identify and remove impediments, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and support backlog grooming.
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices and report velocity, burndown, cycle time, throughput, risks, and delivery status.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator, preferably in IT, Security, or Compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Rovo.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks and ceremonies.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with technical project or program managers and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Ability to track and communicate delivery metrics and risks to teams and leadership.

Nice to have

• CSM, PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, audit cycles, risk management, IT service management, or GRC tooling.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe.
• Atlassian Certified Professional certification.
