Senior Manager, Product Marketing Experiences (AI)

Location: Hybrid position in Westlake, Texas, or Austin, Texas

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, optimization, and management of product marketing web experiences across investment products and platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, product awareness, and conversion, with a focus on AI search and large language models.
• Manage web updates, content enhancements, and digital experience optimizations from planning through implementation.
• Translate product marketing strategies and business objectives into effective digital experiences.
• Partner with product marketers, AI subject matter experts, channel teams, creative agencies, and publishing partners.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements aligned with brand standards and client needs.

Requirements

• Extensive marketing experience; experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
• Experience developing marketing strategy, creative direction, and digital experiences or web pages.
• Experience managing end-to-end web content processes and projects.
• Knowledge of AI search, large language models, and digital experience optimization techniques.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, execution, project management, and risk-management skills.
