Senior Product Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Boston, MA; salary range applies across US locations

Salary: $149,000–$209,000 base salary per year, with potential incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own positioning and messaging for hirify.global AI, including MCP, agents, and workflows.
• Lead go-to-market launches for new capabilities, integrations, and solution expansions.
• Define packaging, value metrics, and pricing narratives with product and leadership.
• Build sales enablement assets and train global sales teams on storytelling, objections, and differentiation.
• Engage customers and prospects, develop case studies, and translate insights into product and GTM improvements.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, whitespace opportunities, and agent development frameworks.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related go-to-market roles.
• Strong expertise in enterprise agentic products, cybersecurity, or threat intelligence.
• Experience selling to enterprise organizations and engaging technical and executive-level buyers.
• Excellent writing, presentation, storytelling, and technical simplification skills.
• Experience with ROI, risk reduction, operational efficiency, competitive analysis, and market research.
• Ability to align Product, Sales, and Marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
