Senior Fullstack Engineer (MarTech)

Location: Minneapolis, United States; frequent paid travel to the Minneapolis headquarters is required for company events, team events, and in-person collaboration.

Salary: $90,000–$132,000 annually, inclusive of a 20% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and maintain the EMRge software product, including onboarding and supporting clients.
• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of software connecting ELT and ETL pipelines with a client-facing website.
• Design and implement data engineering solutions for data vending and organization-wide data utilization.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve application and system operational stability.
• Work with Product Managers, business users, and client stakeholders to gather objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
• Mentor teammates, contribute to architecture and code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and advance SDLC, DevOps, security, testing, documentation, and performance practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• High proficiency in one or more object-oriented languages, such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, design patterns, and testing practices including unit, integration, and smoke testing.
• Experience building and deploying containerized applications.
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue and with relational databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, plus DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices, authentication strategies, security practices and tools, or big data.
• Experience with iterative development and digital marketing or measurement.
• Experience with or strong interest in agentic AI technologies and their practical applications.
