Senior Digital Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Annual base salary: $117,880–$147,350 USD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major software components and services from design through deployment.
• Act as a technical lead, coordinate development efforts, and set engineering direction.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide architectural guidance and promote secure coding, testing, automation, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and career development support.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams on deployment readiness, observability, performance, incident response, and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional software development experience, including full-stack or backend-focused roles.
• Strong proficiency in multiple technologies, including React, Node, Python, SQL or NoSQL, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with system design, architectural patterns, and API development at scale.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
• Ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders and lead complex technical initiatives.
• Experience mentoring other engineers.
