What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT infrastructure support inquiries and issues.
• Support and troubleshoot software products used by internal teams and external clients.
• Diagnose and resolve software issues across diverse technical environments.
• Troubleshoot operating systems, PC hardware, and related infrastructure components.
• Document user conversations, technical issues, and solutions clearly and accurately.
• Recommend product enhancements and corrections based on recurring issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Ability to document technical issues and solutions with precision and clarity.
• Experience with diagnostic utilities and troubleshooting methodologies.
