IT Field Support Technician (Aviation)

Location: Seattle, Washington 98158, United States; onsite field support with up to 20% travel

Salary: $52,000–$56,200 per year

What you will do

• Install, move, add, and change IT hardware and infrastructure through IMAC activities.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues beyond standard procedures.
• Provide rapid-response technical support during field visits and dispatches.
• Create service reports, document workaround procedures, and maintain technical records.
• Build professional relationships with internal end users and customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT field engineering or operational support.
• Ability to collect and analyze performance data for proactive technical assistance.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and use a ladder to access hardware.
• Ability to obtain a SIDA badge for secure airport access.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for site support.

Nice to have

• Experience in aviation, logistics, or large-scale campus environments.
• Ability to connect complex workflows to strict operational schedules.
