TL;DR
IT Consultant (IT Support): Provide desktop hardware configuration, software installations, and incident resolution using ServiceNow ticketing system with an accent on diagnosing hardware/software problems and customer support both remote and in-person. Focus on monitoring systems, PC deployment, liaising with third-party engineers, and handling emergency duties outside normal hours.
Location: Onsite in Swiftwater, PA (18370) or Greenville, SC; business trips to other offices as necessary

What you will do
- Configure and upgrade desktop hardware, install software, image and deploy PCs.
- Resolve ServiceDesk requests and incidents via ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Diagnose hardware/software issues and configure standard desktop packages.
- Liaise with third-party maintenance engineers when needed.
- Report for emergency duties outside normal hours and undertake business trips to other offices.
- Participate in individual project work and innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support role with extensive customer support (remote and in-person)
- Full understanding of Windows environment and extensive MS Office Suite experience
- A+ Certification
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
- ServiceNow or related ticketing management system experience
