IT Consultant

TL;DR

IT Consultant (IT Support): Provide desktop hardware configuration, software installations, and incident resolution using ServiceNow ticketing system with an accent on diagnosing hardware/software problems and customer support both remote and in-person. Location: Onsite in Swiftwater, PA (18370) or Greenville, SC; business trips to other offices as necessary

What you will do

• Configure and upgrade desktop hardware, install software, image and deploy PCs.
• Resolve ServiceDesk requests and incidents via ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Diagnose hardware/software issues and configure standard desktop packages.
• Liaise with third-party maintenance engineers when needed.
• Report for emergency duties outside normal hours and undertake business trips to other offices.
• Participate in individual project work and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support role with extensive customer support (remote and in-person)
• Full understanding of Windows environment and extensive MS Office Suite experience
• A+ Certification

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
• ServiceNow or related ticketing management system experience
