Salary: $49,900 - $79,000

What you will do

• Configure and install desktops, laptops, peripherals, and corporate software for diverse users.
• Create and maintain standardized computer images for consistent deployment across hardware.
• Manage asset lifecycle: coordinate leased equipment returns and prepare legacy hardware for donation or disposal.
• Maintain inventory of computing assets to support procurement and forecasting.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation in collaboration with senior team.
• Act as SME for hardware selection and IT policy development; mentor team members.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1 year full-time IT professional experience.
• Strong hardware fundamentals, software troubleshooting, system imaging tools, and asset management software.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment (PCs, monitors, servers).
• US work authorization; E-Verify participation.
