What you will do

• Serve as the senior delivery lead for a complex federal technology and data services task order.
• Manage overall execution including scope, schedule, cost, staffing, risks, and contract performance.
• Establish and operate program governance forums, including portfolio and executive status reviews.
• Coordinate with technical leads across engineering, product, data, and cybersecurity to align delivery with client priorities.
• Oversee transition planning, onboarding, knowledge transfer, and staffing readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement using performance metrics and operational trend analysis.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• 10+ years of experience managing federal technology, digital services, or enterprise IT programs.
• 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Task Order Lead on federal contracts.
• 5+ years of experience managing cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, or infrastructure operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience in health-focused federal environments (HHS, NIH, FDA, CMS, CDC).
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, DevSecOps, RMF, ATO, FISMA, or NIST 800-53.
• Experience leading transition-in activities from incumbent contractors.
• Certifications in ITIL Foundation, FAC-P/PM, Agile, SAFe, or Scrum Master.
