Program Manager / Task Order Lead (Technical) - Remote

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and perform all work in the US. Foreign access and personal VPN connections are prohibited.

Salary: $131,256–$223,134 annually for full-time employment.

What you will do

• Lead delivery of a complex federal technology and data services task order.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, staffing, risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and contract performance.
• Coordinate hirify.global teams, subcontractors, vendors, and delivery partners across multiple technical workstreams.
• Establish governance forums, executive status reviews, portfolio reviews, risk reviews, and delivery coordination meetings.
• Oversee transition planning, onboarding, knowledge transfer, staffing readiness, and continuity of critical services.
• Maintain executive dashboards and reporting while driving continuous improvement and deliverable quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• 10+ years managing federal technology, digital services, data, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT programs.
• 8+ years as a Program Manager, Task Order Lead, Delivery Executive, or equivalent lead on federal contracts or task orders.
• Experience managing multiple technical workstreams and subcontractor, vendor, or partner delivery teams in federal contracting.
• U.S. citizenship, U.S. work authorization, U.S. residence, and ability to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance or equivalent background investigation are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with HHS, NIH, FDA, CMS, CDC, or other health-focused federal environments.
• Experience with cloud modernization, SaaS adoption, Zero Trust, DevSecOps, cybersecurity governance, data analytics, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Knowledge of RMF, ATO, POA&M, FISMA, NIST 800-53, continuous monitoring, IV&V, or security assessment processes.
• ITIL Foundation, FAC-P/PM, Agile, SAFe, Scrum Master, cloud, security, or data certification.
