Technical Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;)

Location: Remote USA. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future employer visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $160,000–$190,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Lead the implementation, administration, and optimization of the Pigment FP&A planning platform.
• Design and maintain financial data models, integrations, reporting structures, and planning processes.
• Build driver-based models for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, consolidations, and management reporting.
• Develop real-time dashboards and analyze operational metrics, marketing efficiency, customer acquisition costs, revenue, and performance variances.
• Partner with Finance, Data, Engineering, the CTO, IT teams, and department leaders on resource planning and strategic decisions.
• Prepare financial packages, board reporting, presentations, and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Strong FP&A experience covering budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Hands-on experience implementing or administering Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Planful, or similar FP&A platforms.
• 5–10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, finance systems, or a related field.
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and partnering with data and technology teams.
• Strong SQL and modern data warehouse experience; Databricks experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite, Rippling, Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience designing dimensional planning structures, data pipelines, and scalable reporting frameworks.
• Experience using AI and automation to improve forecasting, reporting, and planning workflows.
• Background in healthcare services, multi-site operations, or high-growth environments.
