What you will do

• Own end-to-end forecasting for the Enterprise P&L, including revenue, COGS, and OPEX.
• Partner with Sales to model bookings, revenue conversion, and pipeline trends.
• Manage expense forecasts, headcount planning, variance analysis, and cash flow scenario planning.
• Prepare board- and executive-level financial reports with clear narratives and insights.
• Maintain financial models and data integrity in Adaptive and Excel.
• Coordinate with Accounting, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Product teams to align financial data and planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a high-growth, data-driven environment.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, annual planning, and BVA analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with BI tools and financial systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, accountability, and ownership.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
• Must be a U.S. Person: U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee.
