What you will do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning, and investment analysis.
• Partner with merchandising, operations, technology, servicing, Accounting, and central finance teams to support business decisions.
• Analyze unit economics, customer and cohort behavior, margins, merchandising performance, and operational KPIs.
• Build and modernize forecasting models, operational reporting, dashboards, and driver-based analysis.
• Lead the adoption of AI and automation for forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and recurring FP&A work.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team while building scalable processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, operational finance, or related roles, including team leadership and development.
• Proven retail experience is required, including unit economics, gross margin management, merchandising and assortment strategy, promotional planning, and customer cohort performance.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, analytical, communication, and executive business-partnering skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or Workday.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Snowflake is valued.

Nice to have

• MBA or professional certification such as CPA or CFA.
• Practical experience using Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or other large-language-model tools in finance and analytics.
• Experience deploying AI- or automation-enabled forecasting, variance analysis, or reporting workflows.
• Experience evaluating tools and designing responsible AI workflows.
