What you will do

  • Receive and inspect flight hardware, electronic components, raw materials, and other production materials.
  • Maintain accurate serialized, lot-controlled, revision-controlled, and expiration-controlled inventory records.

  • Track and reconcile consigned inventory at external assembly partners, including consumption, shortages, excess, and returns.
  • Coordinate material movement between warehouses, cleanrooms, production areas, test areas, and external suppliers.
  • Support cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, corrective actions, shipments, and improvements to ERP/MRP and material-control processes.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in materials, inventory, production control, supply chain operations, or related high-reliability manufacturing.
  • Experience with PCBA manufacturing, electronics production, or external contract manufacturers is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of electronic components, manufacturer part numbers, date and lot codes, moisture-sensitive devices, and ESD-sensitive components.
  • Experience with BOMs, work orders, kit lists, production schedules, receiving, material issuance, inventory transactions, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, inventory-management software, ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems, and domestic or international shipping documentation.
  • Ability to lift at least 40 lbs unassisted and perform extended standing, sitting, grasping, pulling, and bending.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with HTS codes, ECCN basics, Incoterms, and controlled-item handling.
  • Experience in aviation, space, defense, electronics, or other high-reliability manufacturing industries.

Culture & Benefits

  • Full-time, on-site work supporting satellite R&D and manufacturing operations.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a collaborative environment spanning Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Production, and external manufacturing partners.
  • Potential equity in addition to base salary.
  • Commitment to diversity and an inclusive workplace.
