Sr. Inventory Analyst

TL;DR

Sr. Inventory Analyst (ERP/Supply Chain): Planning display builds, purchase orders, stock transfers, and inventory controls with an accent on ERP planning, data integrity, and supply chain coordination. Focus on analyzing discrepancies, reconciling inventory, improving cycle-count accuracy, and reporting operational metrics across sites and 3PL facilities.

Location: Valencia, California, United States; regular on-site office work with travel between sites. This role does not provide immigration sponsorship or support, including Form I-983 STEM OPT training plan completion.

Salary: $88,000–$146,000 annual target base pay for candidates in California and the New York metro area. Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Plan display build schedules, create work orders and purchase orders, and arrange component availability.
• Create stock transfers between branch plants and coordinate with logistics to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Customer Service to keep artwork, display builds, and shipments on schedule.
• Audit inventory applications, processes, 3PL facilities, and data integrity.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, adjustments, and daily, weekly, and monthly metric reporting.
• Support cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain and inventory processes.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in a manufacturing supply chain environment, or five years of inventory control experience in place of an associate degree.
• Planning experience with an ERP system and experience creating and reporting inventory metrics.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, materials, and inventory control systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word, plus data mining and reporting tools such as Cetova, JDE, or Power BI.
• Must be authorized to work without immigration sponsorship or support; travel between sites and overtime during peak periods may be required.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
• APICS certification.
• Experience with JD Edwards or SAP.
