Salary: £45K – £60K plus bonus

What you will do
- Coordinate day-to-day hiring efforts across Technology (Engineering, Product, Data), Commercial, and Education functions.
- Manage job postings, applicant tracking via Ashby, and all candidate communications.
- Perform CV screening, conduct initial phone screens, and ensure a smooth interview experience.
- Lead sourcing and outreach strategies for key strategic hires.
- Optimize recruitment processes by leveraging ATS automation and AI.
- Handle routine administrative tasks, including offer paperwork, compliance checks, and reference coordination.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering hires across multiple functions, ideally including technical and commercial roles.
- Experience working within a high-growth, global technology business.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Tech-literacy and a data-driven approach to identifying and solving recruitment bottlenecks.
- Location: Must be based in South Africa
