What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day hiring efforts across Technology (Engineering, Product, Data), Commercial, and Education functions.
• Manage job postings, applicant tracking via Ashby, and all candidate communications.
• Perform CV screening, conduct initial phone screens, and ensure a smooth interview experience.
• Lead sourcing and outreach strategies for key strategic hires.
• Optimize recruitment processes by leveraging ATS automation and AI.
• Handle routine administrative tasks, including offer paperwork, compliance checks, and reference coordination.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering hires across multiple functions, ideally including technical and commercial roles.
• Experience working within a high-growth, global technology business.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Tech-literacy and a data-driven approach to identifying and solving recruitment bottlenecks.
• Location: Must be based in South Africa
