Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 95,000–100,000 annually, plus bonus and options value.

What you will do

• Prepare US GAAP financial statements, board reporting, budgets, and KPIs for operating companies.
• Review finance and accounting work, including general ledger postings, revenue recognition, and variance explanations.
• Analyze budget-to-actual results, operating revenue, expenses, and other performance data.
• Support the operational and financial integration of acquisitions and implement initiatives from M&A business cases.
• Develop ad hoc reports and provide financial guidance to operating businesses.
• Document standard operating procedures to improve consistency and efficiency across the portfolio.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• University degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred.
• Accounting designation or progress toward one preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite.
