What you will do

• Lead client discovery sessions to identify pain points, strategic priorities, and business goals.
• Design tailored hirify.global solutions and collaborate with product teams on proof of concepts and proposals.
• Build and deliver customized product demonstrations for technical stakeholders and executives.
• Own RFI/RFP responses, pricing scenarios, ROI analyses, and competitive sales strategies.
• Represent hirify.global at client workshops and industry conferences.
• Provide ongoing product education and support to sales teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in pre-sales or post-sales consulting with strong sales aptitude.
• Ability to present effectively to technical stakeholders and C-suite executives.
• Strong written communication and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally on solution teams.
• Ability to travel 10–25% of the time and work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with credit originations, application processing, decisioning workflows, or onboarding.
• Background in customer management, portfolio management, credit line strategies, or lifecycle decisioning.
• Experience in fraud detection, prevention, case management, or authentication.
