Senior Sales Operations Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Build and scale operational processes for sales leadership, using AI to streamline workflows and surface insights.
• Analyze global sales performance, forecasts, KPIs, and multiple data sets to identify strengths, weaknesses, and actions.
• Partner with Sales Strategy, Finance, and leadership on annual sales planning and capacity modeling.
• Own regional quarterly pipeline councils, including agendas, operating cadence, and follow-through.
• Develop QBR templates, bottom-up pipeline targets, and calculators for sales KPI tracking.
• Deliver accurate, actionable data and recommendations in scalable formats for sales leadership and GTM teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Sales Operations Analyst role within the SaaS industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong proficiency with data analysis tools and CRM software; Salesforce experience is required.
• Proficiency in Clari or another forecasting tool and Claude.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation management, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating effectively.
