What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for dealer-facing customer engagement and rental request management capabilities.
• Translate rental business requirements from dealers and business stakeholders into scalable digital solutions for engineering teams.
• Define future-state workflows for inquiries, rental requests, reservations, quoting, customer communications, and fulfillment.
• Lead the transformation from the Dealer Management Tool to an integrated platform using Dynamics 365, Cat Converge Suite, Copilot Studio Agents, and AI-powered capabilities.
• Collaborate with Microsoft, Accenture, business teams, dealers, and engineering teams on integrations and solution design.
• Define AI-enabled workflow automation and measure response times, processing efficiency, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Knowledge of business analysis, stakeholder needs identification, and value-focused solution development.
• Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of software problem management and software product business operations.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, engineering teams, dealers, and external partners in cross-functional environments.
• Understanding of rental customer journeys, including inquiries, reservations, quoting, contracts, fulfillment, and customer support.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience in equipment rental, dealer operations, customer service, construction equipment, or related domains.
• Experience with customer engagement platforms, workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, or CRM technologies.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Contact Center, or Copilot Studio.
• CSPO or similar Product Management certification.
