Staff Product Manager (AI)

Salary: $168,200 – $224,900 USD

What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Residential CRM, from core data models to AI-powered GTM features.
• Lead direct customer discovery with residential contractors, CSRs, and office managers.
• Develop pricing and packaging strategies for AI-enabled products in partnership with finance and product marketing.
• Collaborate with marketing on positioning, launch strategy, and go-to-market execution.
• Establish customer enablement and onboarding models to optimize time-to-value.
• Partner with sales and customer success to refine the commercial motion and improve conversion and retention.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management with a track record of scaling products from zero.
• Deep expertise in CRM, marketing automation, or customer lifecycle products.
• A strong, practical point of view on AI-first product design.
• Background in vertical SaaS or serving mid-market/enterprise customers in high-volume transactional environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
