Senior Product Manager, Construction

Location: Irvine, California, United States; on-site

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 per year

What you will do

• Own product definition for construction capabilities, including scope, configurations, constraints, and supported use cases.
• Define construction workflows and document explicit non-goals and out-of-scope areas.
• Translate field realities and variable customer expectations into scalable product direction without customer-specific customization.
• Make prioritization and tradeoff decisions that preserve reuse and long-term product integrity.
• Partner with engineering, robotics, and AI teams on feasibility and sequencing.
• Act as the product authority for construction scope questions and prevent fragmentation across customers, projects, and deployments.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of product management experience with complex or technical products.
• Experience with construction technology, field-deployed systems, or operational software.
• Experience with construction activities, inspection, or reality capture workflows.
• Familiarity with BIM, VDC, or construction operations.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information while protecting product boundaries.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Background in robotics, perception, or AI-driven systems.
