Compensation: $140K – $190K

What you will do
- Design and execute effective hiring strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks to achieve headcount targets.
- Screen and evaluate candidates using structured assessment frameworks and present strong profiles to the internal team.
- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and align candidate profiles with role requirements.
- Act as a domain expert for leadership to shape the overall talent strategy and organizational growth.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and the talent pipeline to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring funnel.
- Contribute to employer branding through events, career fairs, and conferences to strengthen the company's presence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition.
- Experience working in high-growth startups or dynamic environments.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and Google Suite.
- Proven track record of recruiting for various functions, particularly customer-facing roles (AE, BDR, Solutions Engineers).
- Expertise in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews to evaluate cultural fit and potential.
- Experience managing both high-volume hiring and specialized searches for niche roles.
