Senior Recruiter (B2B SaaS)

Location: Must be located in New York City (Onsite)

Compensation: $140K – $190K

What you will do

• Design and execute effective hiring strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks to achieve headcount targets.
• Screen and evaluate candidates using structured assessment frameworks and present strong profiles to the internal team.
• Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and align candidate profiles with role requirements.
• Act as a domain expert for leadership to shape the overall talent strategy and organizational growth.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and the talent pipeline to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring funnel.
• Contribute to employer branding through events, career fairs, and conferences to strengthen the company's presence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition.
• Experience working in high-growth startups or dynamic environments.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and Google Suite.
• Proven track record of recruiting for various functions, particularly customer-facing roles (AE, BDR, Solutions Engineers).
• Expertise in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews to evaluate cultural fit and potential.
• Experience managing both high-volume hiring and specialized searches for niche roles.
