What you will do
- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries and data transformations.
- Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using DBT.
- Develop and support Snowflake-based data solutions and data warehouse platforms.
- Apply data modeling, data warehousing, data quality, and testing best practices.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues, identify technical risks, and drive solutions through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business partners while documenting solutions and providing delivery updates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of advanced SQL experience, including complex queries and data transformations.
- 3+ years of data warehousing experience covering data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data quality.
- 3+ years of Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouse experience.
- Hands-on experience with DBT or similar data transformation tools.
- Independent contribution to multiple mid-to-large-scale development projects.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and Agile delivery skills.
Nice to have
- Python experience for automation, scripting, and data processing.
- Experience with Control-M or similar scheduling and workflow orchestration platforms.
- Understanding of scalable data engineering architecture and development best practices.
