What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data models with modern data stack tools such as dbt and Snowflake.
• Transform raw data into clean, reliable, and documented datasets for analytics, reporting, and operational use.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, tracking teams, and business stakeholders to define data requirements.
• Implement data quality checks, testing, and monitoring to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop semantic layers to standardize and govern key business metrics.
• Contribute to data governance, harmonization, automation, and AI-driven analytics initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling, including dimensional modeling and star schemas.
• Hands-on experience with modern data stack tools such as dbt and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Structured, quality-focused working style with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills for collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Openness to AI-assisted development workflows such as Claude Code or similar tools.
• Interest in data governance, standards, and scalable data architecture.
• German language skills.
