Manager of General Ledger - Manufacturing

Location: Arvada, Colorado, United States; on-site

Salary: $125,000–$140,000 per year, plus Restricted Stock Units

What you will do

• Own corporate accounting areas, including expense accruals, reconciliations, accounts payable, and complex balance sheet and P&L accounts.
• Manage monthly and quarterly close processes and ensure accurate, timely results under U.S. GAAP.
• Drive process improvement and automation using modern finance tools.
• Design, document, and remediate internal controls over financial reporting, including SOX controls.
• Lead relationships with external and internal auditors and maintain audit readiness.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of corporate accounting professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA certification are required.
• 8+ years of professional experience; public accounting experience is highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, technical accounting, and financial reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to build systems, processes, efficiencies, and controls in a fast-paced autonomous environment.
• Experience in manufacturing and complex legal or reporting structures is a significant plus.
