Executive Recruiter

Location: Remote in the United States or onsite at Figma's US hubs in San Francisco, CA, or New York, NY. In-person onboarding is required if hired.

Annual base salary: $126,000–$210,000 USD

What you will do

• Own full-cycle executive searches from intake and role scoping through pipeline generation, assessment, offer negotiation, and close.
• Recruit Director, VP, and C-suite leaders across the business, covering technical and non-technical functions.
• Advise senior hiring leaders on search strategy, candidate profiles, organizational design, and talent decisions.
• Lead talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence across industries and adjacent markets.
• Manage offer strategy and negotiation while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.
• Refine search and partnership approaches using market signals, hiring outcomes, and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years focused on executive hiring.
• Experience hiring technical and non-technical leadership roles in-house.
• Track record of owning executive searches end-to-end and closing Director, VP, and C-suite hires.
• Ability to build consultative partnerships with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of leadership impact, organizational design, and talent tradeoffs.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States or from one of Figma's US hubs; in-person onboarding is required after hire.
