Director - Funding (PL)

Location: On-site in Westlake, TX; New York, NY; or Jersey City, NJ

Salary: $121,400–$269,900 per year

What you will do

• Establish and maintain funding programs across legal entities.
• Develop and execute enterprise funding and liability management plans.
• Plan and lead debt and capital market issuances, redemptions, share repurchases, and other funding transactions.
• Analyze current and prospective funding needs and assess the financial implications of alternatives.
• Manage relationships with investment banking partners, fixed-income investors, and rating agencies.
• Improve funding methodologies, analytical approaches, controls, and capital markets capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in funding desk activities, corporate finance, financial analysis, or evaluating funding channels.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of debt capital markets, finance, and accounting.
• Experience presenting complex topics to senior and executive leaders and engaging external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and execution skills, plus proficiency in AI, data analytics, and large enterprise databases.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• CFA certification.
